Born an angel of God,
Just in the morning of her day, in youth and love, she died. Her smile
And goodness now lights Heaven as it did the earth.
I shall remember her all of the days of my life,
Her image engraved on my heart.
As long as life and memory lasts, she will remain with me.
Brighter were the days when she was part of them.
I will see her again, what a glorious thought!
